Upgrading from version 1.4d

1) Copy the new NOTIFIER.EXE into the SBBS\EXEC directory.
2) Copy the new MESSAGE.DAT into the Notifier directory.
3) Copy the new NOTIFIER.CFG into the Notifier directory.
      Edit the new NOTIFIER.CFG to reflect the number of days to 
      keep the logs.
    
That should do it...
